Marshawn Lynch "Skittle Sausage" Looks Like The Worst Thing Ever
I want to be openminded about this, because I will eat pretty much anything. But the idea of adding a giant bag of Skittles to hot sausage seems as gross at that screengrab looks.
It's the brainchild of a Puyallup, Wash., butcher, and it's called—what else—"Beast Mode," after Marshawn Lynch's legendary love of Skittles. The meat is ground, the candy added at the same time as the spices, and it's shaped into links that thankfully are not rainbow colored.
But the store's patrons seem to like it, and mixing sweet and spicy in sausage can make some for tasty meat, so maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about here. Maybe it's goddamned delicious and we're all missing out. If anyone out there wants to take one for the team, let me know how it goes.
