Matt Millen Has Some Strong Opinions On Targeting

Northwestern’s Matthew Harris got called for targeting on this tackle on Michigan QB Jake Rudock. Harris was initially ejected, but the call was rescinded. Matt Millen was on the call and he asserted that were he to target, you’d know it:

“When I wanna hit somebody in the head with my helmet, I will break his neck. That’s what you try to do.”

Uh, okay, sure Matt.
