Minnesota leads from the start, routs Campbell

Isaac Asuma added 15 points on 5-for-11 shooting for Minnesota (7-5), which remained unbeaten on its home court. Jaylen Crocker-Johnson finished with 14 points and Langston Reynolds chipped in 12.
Jeremiah Johnson scored 17 points to lead Campbell (5-7). Dovydas Butka added eight points and a game-high eight rebounds for the Fighting Camels.
Minnesota shot 57.7% (30 of 52) overall and 50% (10 of 20) from 3-point range. Campbell shot 34.8% (16 of 46) from the field and 18.8% (3 of 16) from deep.
The Golden Gophers sprinted to a 23-6 lead in the first 10-plus minutes and never looked back.
Minnesota scored the first 12 points of the game on a 3-pointer by Crocker-Johnson, a dunk and a driving layup by Reynolds, a 3-pointer by Tyson and a pair of free throws by Asuma.
Muneer Newton scored Campbell's first basket on a jump shot 4:32 into the first half.
Crocker-Johnson finished the early scoring outburst when he knocked down a turnaround jump shot to make it 23-6 with 9:30 to go in the first half.
Campbell scored the next five points on a layup by Chris Fields Jr. and a 3-pointer by Johnson, but the Golden Gophers led comfortably for the remainder of the half.
Tyson finished the first-half scoring with a 3-pointer with 1:07 to go. His basket boosted the Golden Gophers' lead to 41-22.
Minnesota continued its hot shooting from long distance in the second half. Asuma and Bobby Durkin drained 3-pointers on back-to-back possessions to increase the Golden Gophers' lead to 58-35 with 13:42 remaining.
Nehemiah Turner made a layup to give Minnesota a 30-point lead with 52 seconds left.
Johnson capped the scoring for Campbell with a pair of free throws with 40 seconds to go.
