The Cubs led 6-0 through five innings and racked up 14 hits in their second straight win over the Halos.

The Angels have combined for six or more runs in nine of their past 14 day games in the first five innings.

Kyle Hendricks faces his former team today as the Angels’ right-hander has given up at least three runs in the first five innings of his past three starts.

Jameson Taillon starts for Chicago. He owns a 5.40 ERA on the road this season compared to a 3.23 ERA at home.

Jacob Lopez Over 6.5 Strikeouts (+105)

The Athletics edged the Seattle Mariners on Saturday night, 2-1 in 10 innings. The division rivals meet again this afternoon for the rubber game.

Opposing starters are 9-3 to the Over on their strikeout prop in the last 12 games against Seattle. One of those Unders came Saturday when Jeffrey Springs managed only three strikeouts.
