Molly Shattuck Allowed Teen To "Touch Her Vagina With Penis": Indictment
We got a copy of the unsealed grand jury indictment against former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck, 47, who is accused of raping a 15-year-old boy. What the indictment lacks in character development and detail it makes up for in dispassionately clinical description of sexual maneuvers.
There are two counts of rape in the third degree for "putting her mouth on his penis." There are four counts of unlawful sexual contact in the second degree—one for "touching his penis," one for causing or allowing the teen to "touch her breasts with his mouth," one for causing or allowing the teen to "touch her vagina with his hand," and the last one for causing or allowing the teen to "touch her vagina with his penis."
The last three counts are for providing alcohol to three different minors.
The night was the culmination of a courtship that started in May, according to court records obtained by the the . Shattuck saw pictures of the teen on Instagram and posted a comment.
After the victim replied thank you in a private message through Instagram, Shattuck's son sent the victim his mother's cell phone number, saying, "You should text my Mom, she is obsessed with you," according to court records.
As it progressed over the summer, Shattuck would pick up the teen during his lunch breaks at school and take him to a parking garage, where they made out in the back of her car, according to an affidavit obtained by Baltimore media. Then, over Labor Day weekend, the teen joined Shattuck, her three children, and some friends at Shattuck's Bethany Beach (Del.) rental home. One night, after the younger children were asleep, Shattuck bought beer for several teens and gave the boy a blow job twice, according to the affidavit.
Until this week, Shattuck was best known for being the oldest NFL cheerleader; she was a cheerleader with the Ravens for two years and then a part-time coach for six. She was married to Mayo Shattuck, the former CEO of Constellation Energy. Divorce papers were filed in court about a month after Shattuck's allegedly lusty weekend with the teen.
