Monday Morning NASCAR Is The Best NASCAR
This is how we like our Sprint Cup: on a road course, and at a time we're supposed to be working.
Today's rain-delayed Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at The Glen (sigh) was wet and messy, and never more so than on the green-white-checkered finish. Kyle Bush led at the green but was quickly forced off the track by Brad Keselowski and Marcos Ambrose. Keselowki held the lead until being bumped and passed in the backstretch chicane.
Another caution came out with Ambrose in the lead, and he became the fifth first-time winner this year. Maybe as an Australian, the clockwise track felt normal to him.
