That proved to be an unfortunate decision, as Paderborn midfielder Moritz Stoppelkamp cleared the ball 83 meters into Zieler's net. Stoppelkamp's moon shot—the last kick of the game— broke the the Bundesliga record for longest goal by ten meters.
