The West Virginia club, which isn't affiliated with an MLB team, announced his signing Thursday.
An outfielder, Frazier was selected by the Cleveland franchise with No. 5 overall pick in 2013 and was the centerpiece of the trade with the New York Yankees that sent reliever Andrew Miller to the American League Central division in 2016.
He made his major league debut on July 1, 2017, then went on to play parts of five seasons with the Yankees before he was released in November 2021. He signed one-year free agent deals with the Chicago Cubs (2022) and Chicago White Sox (2023).
His career has been dampened by multiple injuries.
Now 29, Frazier has a career average of .235 with 29 home runs and 101 RBIs in 280 career games.
His best seasons came with the Yankees in 2019 and 2020, when he posted back-to-back averages of .267.
