Ole Miss QB Chad Kelly Involved In On-Field Brawl At His High School's Football Game [Update]
Screencap via [object Object] Ole Miss has a bye week this week, so their quarterback, Buffalo native Chad Kelly, took the occasion to go home for the weekend. While attending his former high school’s game, a brawl broke out and Kelly took a very active role in it, apparently after his brother took a late hit. In the video below, you can see him get tossed out of the action around 0:18. The red-helmeted team appears to be St. Joseph’s, his alma mater.
The video is definitely blurry, but that’s Kelly. Here’s a better shot, from local photog Harry Scull.
Reports from the scene indicate that Kelly needed to be held back after his brother took a late hit.
The game has been suspended.

Update (12:30 p.m.): Tom Martin of News 4 Buffalo has published video of the late hit on Kelly’s younger brother and subsequent brawl. Kelly can be plainly viewed on the field with the high school athletes; he is eventually restrained by someone that appears to be a St. Joseph’s coach.
