The team announced Friday that Travis, 21, underwent a procedure to repair a scaphoid fracture.
Travis signed as a homegrown player in February 2022 and made his MLS debut in February 2024.
He appeared in nine MLS matches (six starts) last season, logging a total of 485 minutes.
