Rapids transfer D Miguel Navarro to Argentina's Talleres

Mandatory Credit: Jamie Sabau-Imagn Images The Colorado Rapids announced the permanent transfer of defender Miguel Navarro to Argentina's Club Atletico Talleres on Wednesday.
The Primera Division side exercised its purchase option following the completion of Navarro's loan stint. He has played in 37 matches for Talleres since arriving on Jan. 29.
The 24-year-old Venezuelan international joined the Rapids in December 2023 after four seasons with the Chicago Fire. He recorded eight assists in 97 MLS matches (81 starts) with the Fire from 2020-23.
Prior to MLS, Navarro competed with Deportivo La Guaira and Deportivo JBL del Zulia in Venezuela's top flight.
