Raptors down Bulls in in-season tournament game

Sokolowski-USA TODAY Sports OG Anunoby scored 26 points and the Toronto Raptors defeated the visiting Chicago Bulls 121-108 Friday night in an NBA in-season tournament game.
Dennis Schroder added 17 points for the Raptors, who are 1-2 in tournament games.
Zach LaVine scored 36 points for the Bulls, who are 0-3 in the tournament.
Pascal Siakam added 18 points for the Raptors, who have won two in a row. Gary Trent Jr. scored 10 of his 16 points in the first quarter. Scottie Barnes added 13 points and 10 rebounds for Toronto. Jakob Poeltl had 15 points and 10 rebounds.
DeMar DeRozan scored 19 points for tne Bulls, who have lost six of seven.
DeRozan was ejected for his second technical foul in the final seconds of the game.
Coby White had 14 points for Chicago and Patrick Williams scored 12.
The Raptors took a 16-point lead into the fourth quarter after leading by as many as 20.
Chicago cut the lead to 12 on LaVine's 3-pointer with 7:41 left in the fourth quarter. A dunk by Williams reduced the margin to seven with 5:24 to play. Anunoby answered with a 3-pointer.
Toronto led 36-22 after one quarter.
Toronto opened the second quarter with an 8-2 burst to lead by 20 points. The Bulls countered with a 7-0 run. Jakob Poeltl's cutting layup put Toronto ahead by 17 points with 4:05 to play in the second quarter. Coby White's 3-pointer trimmed the margin to 12 with 1:17 to play. Toronto led 62-48 at halftime.
Toronto shot 58.5 percent (24-for-41) from the field in the first half with Anunoby leading team scorers with 14 points.
The Bulls shot 45 percent (18-for-40) in the first half as LaVine had 18 points.
DeRozan converted his own block into a running layup to cut the lead to 10 with 9:57 remaining in the third quarter. Toronto responded by scoring the next seven points.
The Raptors regained their 20-point lead on Trent's 3-pointer with 3:52 left in the third quarter. Siakam's 21-footer completed the scoring in the third quarter with Toronto leading 93-77.
The teams have split their first two meetings this season.
