Remembering Tim Duncan, Fashion Icon

Spurs forward Tim Duncan will be deservedly revered for accomplishing many things during his spectacular NBA career. He won five championships, dominated the court with a subtle genius, and sustained a career-long peak of excellence that few other players can match. But most of all, he wore funny clothes.

If I were to describe Tim Duncan’s fashion sense in the most basic terms, I might call it “roomy.” If I were to reach for something a bit more descriptive, I would go with “Two-term president of the middle school honors society.”
