Report: Bomb Squad Detonates "Suspicious Package" At Olympic Road Race Finish Line

The Olympic road race is currently winding its way towards the finish line, but according to multiple reports from the scene, there was a loud explosion from the finish line area.

It appears that the local bomb squad showed up and performed a controlled explosion to detonate an “unattended bag.” No injuries or casualties have been reported, and everything appears to be under control.
