Report: Browns RB Quinshon Judkins could debut Sunday after league meeting

After missing the season opener, Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins is expected to meet with NFL officials this week and could make his debut on Sunday, according to an ESPN report.
Judkins, an early-second-round pick in this year's draft, only signed his four-year, $11.4 million rookie contract on Saturday due to an investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident in July in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
He was accused of punching a woman in the face, arm and thigh, but prosecutors announced in August that they would not be moving forward with the case. The league meeting this week would likely be the final hurdle to Judkins making his NFL debut in the Browns' Week 2 game at Baltimore on Sunday.
Judkins, 21, rushed for 3,785 yards and 45 touchdowns with 442 receiving yards and five more scores over three collegiate seasons at Ole Miss (2022-23) and Ohio State (2024), ending his collegiate career with a national championship.
With him unavailable Sunday, the Browns managed just 49 rushing yards on 24 carries in the season-opening 17-16 home loss to Cincinnati. They were paced by another rookie running back, Dylan Sampson, with 29 yards.
