Two-time U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau confirmed he will be in Saudi Arabia next week for the LIV Golf season opener in Riyadh.

According to a report Thursday from Flushing It Golf, DeChambeau plans to fulfill his contract obligations for the 2026 season as the captain of Crushers GC.

DeChambeau, 32, said earlier this month that he was not going to follow former LIV Golf competitor Brooks Koepka back to the PGA Tour through the new Returning Members Program.

"Right now I've got a contract," DeChambeau said at the time. "Looking forward to seeing what we can do with LIV Golf this year."

The PGA Tour's reinstatement path -- called a "one-time, defined window" by the league -- has a Monday deadline for qualified players DeChambeau, Jon Rahm and Cam Smith to come back.

They, along with Koepka, met the program's two eligibility requirements: It has been at least two years since they were PGA Tour members and they won either The Players Championship or a Grand Slam tournament from 2022-25. Rahm and Smith have also renewed their commitments to LIV Golf.

DeChambeau joined LIV Golf in 2022 after recording nine wins on the PGA Tour, including the U.S. Open in 2020 and 2024.
