Ramsay, 34, has led Minnesota United to consecutive Western Conference semifinals appearances. The Welshman left his role as an assistant coach at Manchester United to join the Loons in March 2024, making him the youngest head coach in MLS.
Assistant coach Cam Knowles is considered a frontrunner to be Minnesota United's next head coach, per the newspaper.
On Tuesday, West Bromwich Albion fired head coach Ryan Mason with the club just a few points above the relegation zone.
