Rebilas-Imagn Images Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant will have his sprained left ankle re-evaluated in one week, ESPN reported on Wednesday.
The veteran forward missed the second half of the Suns' 104-93 victory over the visiting San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday night.
Durant, 36, was injured when he stepped on the foot of San Antonio's Julian Champagnie with 4:30 left in the second quarter.
Durant, who scored 13 points in 16-plus minutes before exiting, had just returned on Nov. 26 from a left calf strain.
Phoenix is 11-2 with the 14-time All-Star in the lineup and 1-6 without him. He is averaging 25.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
The Suns open a four-game road trip on Thursday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
