Saturday October 25th NBA Best Betting Picks: Top Bets, Predictions
The first Saturday of the 2025-26 NBA season is a little on the light side with just five games.
There is another game going on that tends to get a lot of attention on Saturdays, so it’s understandable.
It’s also a great time to take a peek at the ‘Best NBA Bets.'
Chicago Bulls vs. Orlando Magic
Chicago did a nice job right out of the gate with a 115-111 win over the Detroit Pistons. As for Orlando, the Magic got the season off on the right foot with a win over Miami, 125-121.
It looked like they were going to get another Friday night vs. the Hawks. But Atlanta staged a comeback and stole the win. Orlando will likely come out fired up and ready to make up for letting Friday’s game slip away.
However, with Orlando on the second half of a back-to-back, I’m not confident they’ll be able to cover a 6.5-point spread.
Our Pick: Bulls +6.5

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Atlanta Hawks
OKC is already dealing with a slew of injuries this season, but that hasn’t stopped them from starting the season off with a pair of double overtime wins over the Rockets and Pacers. Atlanta is going to be down Kristaps Porzingis and Zacharie Risacher.
Despite the injuries, OKC is still bringing a better, more talented team to the court. They will probably not beat the Hawks by double digits like they did last season, but the Thunder will win this game. However, they are 0-2 against the spread this season; Atlanta is 1-1.
Our Pick: Hawks +6.5 (FanDuel)
The Thunder have been playing well enough to win, and they will likely do the same here. But they have yet to put an opponent away, and I don’t see them doing so here, either, as the Hawks keep this one close.

Indiana Pacers vs. Memphis Grizzlies
The Pacers played an incredible game in their opener vs. the Thunder, but fell short in double overtime, 141-135. Memphis, on the other hand, opened with a win over New Orleans, 128-122, but got crushed by Miami, 146-114.
Both teams are already dealing with injuries. Tyrese Haliburton, TJ McConnell, Kam Jone, and Andrew Nembhard are out for Indiana. Memphis will be down Brandon Clarke, Zach Edey, Ty Jerome, and Scotty Pippen Jr.
Our Pick: Indiana -2.5
Even with all the injuries, the Pacers are the better team between the two. With Memphis playing the second of a back-to-back, the rest advantage will help put Indiana over the top.
