Scott Moir Says He Respects Ice Dancing Too Much To Fuck
Photo: Dean Mouhtaropoulos/ [object Object] Here is a brief video of Scott Moir speaking at a press conference. Moir and his skating partner Tessa Virtue are two-time Olympic gold medalists in ice dancing. Moir has said that they’re retiring after these Olympics—“I think it’s a nice end to our Olympic career”—but they also “retired” after Sochi and returned after a two-year hiatus. How might Moir and Virtue spend retirement?
Here is the transcript of that video, in which Moir implies that they retired from ice dancing in order to focus on fucking, possibly each other:
We love working together. We’ll have to find just in which we want to do that. Relationship status is none of your business [snaps]. But I can say that the last two years we’ve been in a very committed relationship with our sport. [Laughs] And it’s uh, we’re the type of athletes that dive head first into, uh, into the whole process, and I just honestly don’t know where you would find time for that. And part of the reason maybe why we wouldn’t continue was to open up that side of our life, maybe, and see where that goes. That’s pretty—as personal as I’ll get, but let’s see what happens, yeah.
