Scrappy Matthew Dellavedova Beats The Buzzer With Maximum Scrappiness
source: [object Object] Khris Middleton used a lovely up-and-under move to create a bucket out of Milwaukee’s last full possession of the first quarter of Sunday’s Game 4 between the Bucks and the Boston Celtics. Middleton’s basket left just 1.2 seconds on the clock—not really enough for the Celtics to generate much of a possession headed the other way. This did not stop Boston’s Marcus Morris from trying a little walk-the-dog play with teammate Shane Larkin. And that is when the scrappy and often infuriating Matthew Dellavedova struck:
What a play! The two clutch buckets helped the Bucks close the first quarter on a quick 6-0 run; they eventually took a 16-point lead into halftime. Giannis looks great; Malcolm Brogdon is balling; even Jabari Parker is putting together a memorable performance. The Bucks appear to be in control against the Celtics.
