The San Jose Sharks signed forward Collin Graf to an entry-level contract on Thursday.

The highly coveted free agent paced Quinnipiac with 22 goals and 49 points in 2023-24.

Graf, 21, was named the ECAC Player of the Year and the league's Best Defensive Forward.

"Graf has excelled at the collegiate level, finishing as a Hobey Baker Top-10 finalist for the last two seasons," Sharks general manager Mike Grier said. "His on-ice awareness allows him to process the game at a high level, and is a unique player with a quality 200-foot game who excels in the offensive zone. We are excited to have him join the organization."

Graf helped Quinnipiac win the NCAA national championship in 2022-23 as a sophomore.

Including his freshman season at Union College, he recorded 130 points (54 goals, 76 assists) in 112 games.
