Six double-digit scorers help No. 1 Arizona blow out Abilene Christian

Mandatory Credit: Aryanna Frank-Imagn Images Brayden Burries had 20 points on 9-of-11 shooting from the field, leading six players who scored in double figures in No. 1 Arizona's 96-62 victory over Abilene Christian on Tuesday night at Tucson, Ariz.
Motiejus Krivas finished with 15 points after making all four of his shots from the field and 7 of 8 free-throw attempts. Ivan Kharchenkov finished with 11 points on 3-of-4 shooting from the field. Koa Peat, Jaden Bradley and Tobe Awaka each had 10 points.
Arizona (10-0) made 66.7% (30 of 45) of its shots from the field and was 30 of 38 (78.9%) from the free-throw line.
All of Bradley's scoring came in the first half, when he made all 10 of his free-throw attempts. He had seven rebounds and four assists in the game. Awaka also had seven rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench.
Arizona outrebounded Abilene Christian 38-23 and held a 44-22 advantage in points in the paint.
Abilene Christian (7-4) shot 35.7% (20 of 56) from the field.
Cbo Newton had 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting, and Joseph Scott had 15 after making 5 of 9 shots.
While they combined to make 12 of 19 shots, their teammates were a combined 8 of 37 (21.6%).
Arizona scored the first six points of the game and never trailed. A 12-3 run boosted its lead to 31-14 with 9:43 left in the first half.
Bradley made four free throws in that stretch, leading Arizona with 10 points at halftime, when his team held a 51-31 lead.
A 13-4 run by Arizona to start the second half allowed it to pull away for good.
Arizona committed 19 turnovers to Abilene Christian's 16, but it had more points off turnovers (26-15). Bradley and Krivas led Arizona with three steals each.
Arizona also had 18 assists with six players producing at least two. Awaka and Peat each had three assists.
