Friday night Shaq released a LaVar Ball diss track on TMZ. It would almost be worth losing Friday nights altogether if it meant you could bundle everything in that sentence up and hurl it into the garbage, forever. You cannot! And so the Shaquille O’Neal-LaVar Ball beef now has a soundtrack....

Kristaps Porzingis's Workouts Have Become Slightly Less Relatable, Have Made Him Slightly More Swole
Kristaps Porzingis, despite being the centerpiece of one of the world’s most visible sports franchises and a superstar in utero, spent this summer’s gym trips looking an awful lot like what he is: a skinny-ass 21-year-old trying to put some weight on. It was comforting to see....
Dan Gilbert Took An Unearned Shot At The Pacers
Cavs owner Dan Gilbert and freshly hired GM Koby Altman held a press conference yesterday, the purpose of which was to assure everyone that, actually, the Cavs’ disastrous summer has been good. Just What In The Damn Hell Is Kyrie Irving Thinking?
Maybe we will come to learn that actually, LeBron James is Hannibal Lecter. Or Charles Manson. Maybe he sits his teammates in a solemn circle in the locker room and passes around a jug of his own hot piss for them to drink, as a test of their personal loyalty and devotion. Maybe he is Donald Trump. ...
Sixers Fans Simply Decided The Sixers Are Good Now, And It Worked
I remember it well. I was 16, right at the start of my senior year of high school, and my friends and I drove down to Veterans Stadium to watch the Phillies play the Reds. It may actually have been the first time I went to a Phillies game unaccompanied by my elders. ...

Young Larry Nance Jr. Wrote These Nice Letters To A Soldier Overseas
If you are the right age, i.e. pretty much any age, the U.S. was at war when you were a kid, and maybe your class wrote supportive letters to troops stationed overseas.
