That Counts As A Penalty?
You know, if you can't mock a foreign soccer player for smelling bad, jeez, what can you do?
FORMER Liverpool striker Milan Baros has been banned for three games - for pinching his nose in front of an opponent! The Czech, who joined French side Lyon from Aston Villa in January, made the gesture in front of Rennes's Cameroon midfielder Stephane M'Bia and waved his hand as if smelling an offensive odor in a French league game last month.
Wait, they're suspending him for that in a French league? Are we sure that is necessarily even an offensive gesture? Isn't that just how they give yellow cards in that league?
We're full of questions.
