The Kenny Hill Era Is Over At Texas A&M
Remember when quarterback Kenny Hill was going to make Aggies fans forget about Johnny Manziel? He even had a nickname—Kenny Trill—that rivaled "Johnny Football." Well, the sophomore's transferring to TCU, now.
The Kenny Trill era was exciting but brief: Texas A&M started the season by stomping South Carolina in their opener before reeling off four more wins. The SEC schedule got tougher, however, and Hill quarterbacked three losses against Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Alabama. After a week off, Hill lost his starting job to freshman Kyle Allen, and received a two-game suspension on Nov. 1 for violating an unknown team rule.
Hill will sit a year out before competing for a starting spot with the Horned Frogs, though he still has his redshirt year available. Goodbye, Kenny Trill. You were the Poochie of Texas A&M.
