This Guy Died This Year: The Man Who Hated Us
2011 was a bad year for assholes. It was the year we were finally rid of this demented and twisted man who hated everything at the very core of what it means to be an American, a human. This man who spit hateful words toward those unlike himself, whether it be based on race, religion or sexual orientation; this man who did not even try to hide his contempt for women; this man who claimed to converse with God; this man who routinely broadcast his hate in hastily-composed video dispatches from whatever hovel he called home; this man who likely never smiled unless he had just kicked a puppy; this man who, despite the fame and fortune he owed in part to his legion of followers, would rather isolate himself from them; this man who brainwashed millions from his pulpit and still created a legion of haters; this man who talked like a soldier, yet never appeared to have gotten his own hands dirty; this man who could make grown men tremble with merely the sound of a ticking clock.
This man also passed away this year and I'd say the world is just a little less angry for it.
