This Horrific Leg Injury From An Australian Football Game Will Make You Hate Sports Forever
We trust that you know yourself well enough to fairly judge whether or not you want to see this gruesome clip, especially just before lunch. You might want to wait until after you've had your sub. Or maybe you don't want to watch it at all. It's up to you. What you need to decide for yourself is whether or not you want to see every ligament in an entire knee get shredded to a pulp in a single hit, from two different angles, and that it might make you hate sports for forever, or at least for a few hours. Think it over.
For some context, this clip, taken last week, is out of the Western Australian Football League (WAFL). The man who no longer has a functioning left leg is Jaymie Graham of the South Fremantle club; he's a former AFL player for the West Coast Eagles and is reportedly "a fireman by day." His season is, of course, over, and we wish him the best recovery and you the best of judgment.
That was fair warning. You decide.
