This Man City Own Goal Is Incredible
"How does that happen?!" This own goal from Man City's Vincent Kompany, seems like it should be impossible but, lucky for us, it was merely improbable.
Kompany tried to clear a cross from Fulham's Sascha Reither and, well, didn't. It's as if he squished up the elements of a beautiful and bending free kick and flipped it around on his own goal. Jesus Navas's flying scissor kick attempt of a save is the cherry on top. Man City survived the hiccup—which was the equalizer for Fulham—and scored two late goals in the 78th and 83rd minutes to win 4-2.
