Mandatory Credit: Geoff Burke-Imagn Images Tommy Paul withdrew from the upcoming Rolex Paris Masters on Thursday as he works his way through an ongoing left foot injury.
His absence likely will mark the end of the season for Paul, who on June 9 rose to a career-best No. 8 ranking. He currently is ranked No. 20 in the world.
Paul, 28, last competed at the U.S. Open, losing his third-round match to Kazakhstan's Alexander Bublik in five sets. He is not entered at either of the ATP 250 events that follow the Rolex Paris Masters.
He is a four-time ATP champion.
The Paris Masters opens Monday.
