Trent Richardson Imitated Leonard Fournette For The Alabama Scout Team
Photo credit: Dustin Bradford/ [object Object] Four years ago, the Cleveland Browns traded up to pick Trent Richardson third overall in the 2012 NFL Draft. He hasn’t had a carry in an NFL game since 2014, and he was cut by the Ravens this offseason without ever getting on the field.
He scored a new gig last week: running back for the Alabama scout team. Per a report from AL.com, Richardson helped Alabama prepare for LSU by playing the role of Leonard Fournette. It seems to have helped them out.
Richardson mimicked Tigers star running back Leonard Fournette, whom Alabama ended up limiting to 35 yards on 17 carries during its 10-0 win over LSU.
Richardson recently worked out for the Chiefs, so he may still have a chance to get back into the NFL. If not, he can always help the Crimson Tide out.
