Arkansas-Little Rock athletic director Chris Peterson is out of a job after being caught talking about an athlete's mother on a live soccer stream.
The Arkansas Times filed a public records request after learning of Peterson's resignation and received a copy of the Aug. 22 Chicago State-UALR game. Unaware that a microphone was on, Peterson talked about a player's mother to another person in the press box—specifically her chest—saying, "She had her shit hanging out, too," and "She had two of 'em, and they were out there for display."
The audio:
Peterson's resignation will take effect Sept. 15, though he's reportedly on leave time until then.
Back in June, UALR baseball coach Scott Norwood resigned after a university investigation that cleared him of allegations of physical and sexual harassment. Released audio showed Norwood harshly berating his players.
