Wale Made A Song For RGIII
When we last checked in with D.C. rapper Wale, he was beefing with Toronto Raptors play-by-play man Matt Devlin, and we were laughing at the silliness of the beef. But Wale is spending his time more constructively these days, and recorded a song for the upcoming documentary about Robert Griffin III's return from injury. The documentary is called RGIII: The Will to Win, and Wale's song is named "No Pain No Game." Basically, this documentary will inspire your face right off.
It's everything you'd expect from an uplifting sports documentaries' title track, but things kind of come off the rails with "I’m givin' civilians a hundred-million percent." That's not a very good line to put in a rap song, Wale.
