Want To Buy Doug Flutie's House? It Has A White Piano And Pink Carpet
Former Boston College and NFL quarterback/folk hero Doug Flutie and his wife just put their Natick, Mass., estate on the market for $1.7 million. The house was built in 1995, and hoo boy does its age show.
I'm not sure if anything screams 1995-rich as much as an ornate sunroom with a white piano and crystal chandelier does. Replace those miniature palm trees with a few candelabras, and you could film a Boyz II Men video in that room.
Is such opulence not enough to get you interested in making an offer? Well, how do you feel about pink carpeting?
You feel good about the pink carpet, don't you? If you want to get a closer look, the Fluties will be holding an open house on June 2 at 1 p.m. Maybe you can convince them to throw in the piano for a few extra thousand dollars.
