Wes Welker Was Passing Out $100 Bills At The Kentucky Derby

Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker was at the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, and he had a grand ol' time. It's pretty hard to have a bad time when you've got stacks upon stacks of cash in your hand.

After winning all the money, Welker was spotted leaving Churchill Downs, cash in hand, handing out $100 bills to random strangers:
