Despite this photo, the family of Oscar Pistorius says he's not yet back to formal training.

This picture was taken on the track at the University of Pretoria on March 24, the same week a South African judge eased Pistorius's bail conditions. He's now allowed to travel internationally for competitions. At the time, his attorney said Oscar had no desire to return to the track, but "this will change."

Asked about the photo, which only surfaced in South African newspapers today, Pistorius's uncle said the pictured run was not part of any formal training program. His agent added: "It was only a jog around the track."
