World Cup, Lego Style
This image was lost some time after publication. We're just a couple of months away from the World Cup — anybody planning on going, by the way? Let us know — and they're now very close to finishing the Allianz Arena, the huge arena built specifically for the World Cup. It's "state-of-the-art," which probably means it'll be obsolete within a year after the Cup is over.
But if you want to get a feel for how the arena will actually play, we encourage you to check out the above picture and more pictures like it at Things You Don't See Everyday, which is the Allianz Arena made entirely out of Legos.
Sure, that's impressive, but we still think the Lego architect should have been forced to put that Lego model together entirely without using his hands.

(UPDATE: We're told the Allianz Arena is, in fact, completed. We still like the Lego version better.)
