Xavier Basketball Player Accused Of Using Fake ID, Pulling His Pants Down At A Bar
Xavier men’s basketball player J.P. Macura was arrested this morning at a bar in Oakley, a neighborhood in Cincinnati. According to a police report obtained by WCPO, the 20-year-old Macura pulled his pants down at R.P. McMurphy’s Irish Pub and showed police a fellow Xavier athlete’s ID.
Macura was reportedly making a scene at the bar. After officers responded, Macura showed them a Tennessee driver’s license belonging to “Myles Fox Morrissey.” Morrissey is a golfer for the Musketeers who transferred from Murray State.
Macura was admitted into Hamilton County Jail at approximately 2 a.m. this morning and released this afternoon after posting a bond. He was charged with misdemeanors of disorderly conduct and obstructing official business.
