Zack Greinke’s attempt to break Orel Hershiser’s scoreless innings streak was ended today by, of all people, his opposing pitcher Jacob deGrom, as the Mets hurler drove in Kirk Nieuwenhuis with a third-inning fielder’s choice. The streak reached 45 2/3 innings.
