Zaza Pachulia Is A God-Awful Dancer
Photo Credit: John Locher / [object Object] A totally open jumper in the third quarter of a blowout is not usually cause for celebration. But Warriors center Zaza Pachulia was feeling it on Friday night, goddamnit, and after hitting a mid-range jump shot to put Golden State ahead by 28, he wanted to dance. If “dance” is the appropriate term for this sort of limp-armed, hip-smacking flailing.
Hmm. Nice try, buddy. He at least named his source of inspiration and owned up to how awful it had been. KD’s little shimmy-shake from earlier this week was certainly more fluid, but Pachulia’s was at least more memorable; a lack of coordination or cool this complete is not so easy to come by on an NBA court.
