Allyson Felix Tears Hamstring In 200M Race
The American relay team took a blow Friday night when Allyson Felix tore her hamstring during the 200m race at the IAAF Track and Field World Championship in Moscow.
Not even halfway through the race, Felix pulled up, losing her footing then falling to the ground, holding her leg. She was eventually carried off of the track by her brother, Wes Felix.
Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce ended up winning the race with a time of 22.17 seconds.
