Argument About Blue Jays Pitchers Ends In Calgary Man's Death

Police in Calgary say 41-year-old Brian Ludwig died after a fight in a parking lot outside a bar early Sunday morning. And Robert Hooser, 27, allegedly landed the blow that killed him. Here's the Calgary Herald:

Witnesses say Ludwig suffered a "sucker punch" to the back of the head when a fight broke out in a parking lot, sending the six-foot-three contractor to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The fight began over a disagreement about pitching on a Toronto Major League Baseball team, said police Tuesday.

"It was in regards to pitchers in the (Toronto) Blue Jays," said St. Sgt. Doug Andrus with the homicide unit.
