As If Boston Didn't Have A Good Enough Night Already
Not that anyone in Boston saw it last night — seriously, ESPN had to have been cursing the scheduling gods — but Boston College, still ranked No. 2 in the country, garnered its most impressive and dramatic win in a decade
If you haven't seen the footage yet, the Golden Eagles' final minute drive to the winning touchdown shushed the Virginia Tech crowd and cemented quarterback Mike Ryan's next-Flutie status. The game was the toughest game left on BC's schedule, and they're in serious striking distance of the BCS title game. In which they'll probably get killed. But we'll worry about that then.
So, as you'd probably expect: It was a rollicking night in Boston. Again.
