Svatok is under contract with Austin through 2027 with an option for 2028. He is eligible to join the club when the MLS secondary transfer window opens on July 18.
"What most drew me to Austin FC was the club's ambition," Svatok said. "There is a clear desire to compete and to build a team in which the city can take pride. That is something I want to be a part of."
He has tallied five goals and five assists in 233 professional matches and served as captain at SC Dnipro-1 before this move.
