Avalanche's Mikko Rantanen Scored A Goal Off His Crotch

For a hockey player in front of the net, it’s all about getting good position and setting a screen—and also sometimes taking a puck off his dick.

Mikko Rantanen scored the Avs’ fourth goal of Thursday’s 5-3 win over the Sharks with a fortunate (or maybe unfortunate) deflection off his crotch. Nathan MacKinnon and Mark Barberio received assists.

It’s a little tough to see at regular speed, but the second replay shows the puck’s path through Rantanen’s legs, and third replay gives an angle from the side:

Rantanen also had two assists on the night; presumably those did not involve his dick.
