Bilibili Gaming, G2 Esports battle in First Stand Tournament grand final

Bilibili Gaming and G2 Esports advanced to the grand final on Sunday of the First Stand Tournament knockout stage in Sao Paulo.

G2 Esports swept Gen.G 3-0, while Bilibili came to same decision against JD Gaming in Saturday's other semifinal.

The $1 million League of Legends competition began with eight teams competing at Riot Games Arena in the first cross-regional tournament of the season. All matches are best-of-five. The champions take home $250,000.

GS Esports won in 32, 32 and 30 minutes on blue against Gen.G. Rudy "Skewmond" Semaan of France and Lebanon was voted MVP with 11 kills, one death and 23 assists for GS Esports. Teammate Rasmus "Caps" Borregaard Winther of Denmark had a 17-4-15 K-D-A.

Bilibili took down JD Gaming in 32 minutes on red, 30 minutes on blue and 37 minutes on blue. Park "Viper" Do-hyeon of South Korea was MVP with a 20-4-20 K-D-A ratio. Teammate Zhuo "knight" Ding of China had a 20-5-23 ratio.
