Bill Simmons To Produce Movie Starring Deadspin Commenter Jon Hamm

Bill Simmons, ESPN's hugely popular sports columnist and the editor-in-chief of its pop culture site Grantland, is joining Connor Schell as executive producers on the upcoming sports drama Million Dollar Arm.

Million Dollar Arm is a Disney movie based on the real-life story of two teenagers from India's attempts to become major league pitchers. The movie will star former Deadspin commenter Jon Hamm and will feature appearances by every goddamn baseball writer in America.
