Brewers-Mets rained out, teams to play twice on Wednesday

The two teams will play a split doubleheader on Wednesday. Game 1 is scheduled for 1:10 p.m. ET and Game 2 is slated for 7:10 p.m.
Right-hander Freddy Peralta (8-4, 2.90 ERA) is expected to start the opener for the Brewers, with hot-shot rookie righty Jacob Misiorowski (3-0, 1.13) pitching the nightcap.
Right-hander Clay Holmes (8-4, 2.97 ERA) will start one of the games for the Mets. Right-hander Blade Tidwell (0-1, 10.13), who was initially slated to start on Wednesday, remains a probable option.
The three-game set is scheduled to conclude on Thursday.
