Broncos WR Josh Reynolds wounded twice in shooting

Denver Broncos receiver Josh Reynolds was shot early last Friday morning in Denver, the team said Thursday.
Reynolds was one of two people shot during the incident, according to police.
"Josh Reynolds was a victim of a shooting Friday in Denver and received treatment for minor injuries," the Broncos said in a statement. "Out of respect for the legal process we will defer further comment on this matter to the authorities."
According to published reports, police documents indicate Reynolds was shot once in the left arm and once in the back of the head.
Reynolds reportedly was treated at a Denver-area hospital and later released.
Reynolds, 29, is currently on injured reserve after undergoing surgery for a finger injury. The Broncos played a Thursday night game against the host New Orleans Saints hours before the shooting but Reynolds didn't make the trip.
The police report states that Reynolds and two others were at a strip club named Shotgun Willie's in Glendale, a suburb of Denver, and the group left at 2:45 a.m. local time in two separate cars.
Reynolds and one man left in an SUV and told police that multiple vehicles trailed them before shots were fired. The other man was shot in the back. The person from the other vehicle had wounds from shattering glass.
On Wednesday, Denver police announced the arrest of Burr Charlesworth, 42, and Luis Mendoza, 35 in connection with the shooting. The two men are being held for attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault.
According to Reynolds' group, there were no problems inside the club. They told police the suspects followed them on to a highway and that there were four vehicles behind Reynolds' SUV until it became disabled.
Reynolds missed the past two games due to a fractured finger sustained against the Las Vegas Raiders on Oct. 6. He has 12 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown this season.
Overall, Reynolds has 232 receptions for 3,116 yards and 20 touchdown catches in 112 games (54 starts) in eight seasons with the Los Angeles Rams (2017-20), Tennessee Titans (2021), Detroit Lions (2021-23) and Broncos.
