Mandatory Credit: Benny Sieu-Imagn Images Milwaukee Bucks forward Taurean Prince will be sidelined indefinitely after an MRI revealed a herniated disc in his neck, the team said Monday.
Prince, 31, has missed Milwaukee's last two games and has been ruled out for Monday's game at Dallas with what was originally listed as a neck sprain.
The team said its medical staff and external specialists are working together to determine the best treatment plan and further updates will be provided as appropriate.
Prince shot 42.9% from 3-point range in the first eight games this season, averaging 6.1 points and 21.1 minutes per game off the bench.
The 10-year veteran owns career averages of 9.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 590 games (344 starts) with six teams since the Utah Jazz drafted him 12th overall in 2016. This is his second season with the Bucks.
